It’s all happening… the house is on the market!! Just come out from signing up with Tom, our friendly realo at Stockdale & Leggo. We’re hoping to get over $200K for the place. Given that we bought it for $135K just two years ago, it’s quite amazing what capital gain our little “first home” has given us. Praise God for that.
We tried selling with S&L about 9 months ago and it didn’t happen. We are confident now is the right time and are excited to think that if the price was right, we could get the $200K after paying Tom his commission! That would be incredible.
