Well the house is definitely for sale now! We’ve had about a dozen people thru the house today. I spent yesterday and this morning working crazily getting the place ready and now I think it looks pretty good. Stockdale and Leggo have pictures of it up on the web but at time of writing the description is not right. It’s a funny read, actually!
We went to the trouble of putting fresh turf down on the front lawn, putting gravel down in the driveway, a garden bed at the front, and stuff like that. The things we hope will give it that polished look. Feedback after day one indicates people think we’ve done a great job with presentation, so I’m glad.
Karen is pretty sure we’ll sell it on Thursday. I’ve learned to not ignore my wife when she says stuff like that… so we’ll see!
