Alexandra and I arrived safely in Nadi on Sunday and today is our first day of outreach, formally speaking. Today we went to a Christian school outside of town and did some activities with the kids. We had a lot of fun, seeing as it was our first ever effort! The kids made weaponry out of cardboard, prepresenting the armour mentioned in Ephesians 6.
Alexandra has been doing fine. Her glory moment was on arrival in Nadi, at the house we’re staying in, when she declared, “Man! Who’s want to live in this place?!”
Luckily the owner of the place wasn’t there at the time. I’ve been busily trying to get her to understand the finer points of ettiquette… so far no fatalities!
Tonight we’re attending an Indian small group meeting and I presume we’ll have a chance to share with them in some capacity. More reports later.
