I love how you grabbed the works of Steven Covey and ran with them the way you did =-)
You actually did an amazing job working his habits to show how they work for blogging as well. The first part “Begin with the End in Sight” was actually my favorite portion of your post. You can not go anywhere without running in circles if you do not know where you want to end up! I agree with that wholeheartedly

Kindda true, specially the rule number 1. Begin with the End In Mind- you should have an outline or a plan how your site would look like, how it would run and what are your objectives why you are building the site and writing articles. Once you have it established, everything will follow.

Thanks for this. I realized I need to think Win/Win a bit more.
Hovewer, you are a WordPress user as well so you know that the current solution “Yes-or-No-nofollow” is not ideal at all.

If you go for “yes-nofollow” (the WordPress default), you’ll have no comments. If you go for “no-nofollow”, you’ll get lots of rubbish.

I saw Ronda’s campaign and I am currently lobbying for better granularity with regards to power over the comment’s link-love.
