I'd hope that a blogger who doesn't use feedburner or Google Analytics doesn't end up getting ranked worse than a blogger who does choose to use Google's services (which are nothing to do with quality or popularity). I've seen people inflate their rank on Technorati to no end by artificial means. Personally, I put somewhat more stock in PageRank and a lot more stock in Alexa.
