Australian Government has it wrong on content filtering
Helen Coonon spends bazillions on desktop content filters, and a 16 year-old kid posts YouTube videos showing kids how to get around them all, when the real solution could never have been anything less than gateway-based, or ideally but problematically, ISP-based.
