I’m convinced Colibri is the best equivalent to Quicksilver on the PC. It doesn’t try to be any more or less than just what it needs to be to get the job done well. Yet Lifehacker’s review fails to mention it at all!

Actually, Lifehacker knows about Colibri - a quick google search will prove my point :-). It was even once mentioned as a download of the day.
I still much prefer Launchy - I used to use Colibri but I found Launchy to be more responsive and elegant.
